Job and I attended the 1st Mindanao Bloggers Summit yesterday at NCCC Mall Convention Center. Aside from he is one of the major sponsors of the summit (hubby gave free domains from Nokiahost.com – his webhosting business), we wanted to join in the said event to meet fellow bloggers and learn more about blogging.

Though we were late (we missed the morning session because we need to travel from Gensan to Davao) still we learned a lot from the summit. Some of the guest speakers came all the way from Manila to share with the Mindanaoans their experiences about professional blogging. It was quite enlightening for me. I realized that you can make a career out of blogging and at the same time enjoy what you are doing.

Now I am more inspired and motivated to continue blogging and being able to share my thoughts and feelings to my readers and friends online. I also encourage everyone to try blogging and for sure you will learn a lot.

Congratulations to the organizers of this bloggers summit. See you all next time!!! ;)

I was searching the latest exam result of the teachers board exam last August 2007 when I came across with this site: http://let.exam.ph. The site presents the results in alphabetical order. The good thing is you can easily remember the website address. So if you are looking for the latest LET (Licensure Exam for Teachers) results, just go to LET.EXAM.PH now! ;)

Got this tag from Ana. Let me share to you something about my hubby, my wonderful better-half.

1. First name
- Job (very short… his name was taken from the Bible)

2. How and where did you meet?
- The first time we met was in the evening of June 30, 2000 at Davao Pier. He had a crush on my younger sister that time so he accompanied her in fetching me in the pier (I came from Iloilo City from a 3-month study and vacation). There was an instant connection the first time we met. But of course as friends only… as in we became the best of friends. After a couple years of friendship, we realized we’re falling for each other. It was his first time to really court and have a girlfriend (that’s why our friends would tell me not to break his heart….hehehe). By the way he was my third boyfriend but the first serious one. :)

3. Characteristics
- We are exactly opposite in terms of characteristics (but they say opposites attract). He is silent, I am bubbly. He is shy, I am thick-faced (baga ug nawong daw…hehehe). He loves math, I hate numbers (language na lng plz). He is thin, I am chubby (lami man gud mukaon). He never say bad words (as in…never heard him curse), I do sometimes (when I’m really angry). My hubby is a very good man with a big and kind heart (ask our pastors and my siblings…hehehe). He is an OWL… what I mean is he is awake at night and sleeps in the day (he is a certified TULOG KING…don’t bother waking him up, I’ll tell you it’s useless). He is a computer, motorcycle and hummer-addicted person and lastly he is obsessed with me. ;)

4. Your plans 20 to 30 years from now
- 20 years from now Job will be 49 and I will be 47. Maybe by that time our eldest child will be graduating from college so that means two more kids in school (he wants three children). So most probably, we still will be working by that time to support our kids’ education. Hopefully, by that time also our businesses will be doing good and earning well so that Job and I can travel around the world. In our old age, we will retire in our farm and just enjoy the remaining days of our lives together.

I love you macho-gwapitong Dabs… muwah!!! ;)
