I guess there are people around me who think that I can’t cook. But hey, I’m proud to tell you that I can! At least I get an A rating when it comes to my husband’s taste bud, hehe (lav yah Dabs). I love watching cooking shows (kaya nga fan ako ni Kris eh, hehe), reading cookbooks and browsing recipes from the internet. I even told hubby that I want to to enroll my self in a culinary school or go to a “baking” school.
Well, last night before going to sleep I made a special dessert called mango float, hehe.
It’s very easy to prepare, no sweat at all. Here’s a pic of my delicious float:
Yummy…I love it!

To add twist to this dessert, I add a little vanilla and mashed ripe mangoes to the milk and cream mixture and chilled it before putting it on top of the graham crackers.
