Please post this black ribbon in your blog and other social networking sites…in memory of the victims of the Maguindanao massacre.

Got this fom my sis Chikai.

Am I addicted to Facebook? Well, let’s see…

According to Joanna Lipari, a clinical psychologist at the University of California, Los Angeles who was interviewed for a CNN report, here are some signs that you are addicted to Facebook:

1. You lose sleep over Facebook. When using Facebook becomes a compulsion and you spend entire nights logged on to the site, causing you to become tired the next day.
~ Usually, I’m logged on from 10am to 1am…tsk tsk

2. You spend more than an hour a day on Facebook. Lipari said it is difficult to define how much is too much when it comes to Facebook usage, but that an average person need only spend half an hour on the site.
~ I spend an average of 12 hours a day…oh my gulay!

3. You become obsessed with old loves or exes you reconnect with on Facebook.
~ Not applicable to me, hehe

4. You ignore work in favor of Facebook. This means you do not do your job in order to sneak time on Facebook.
~ Guilty but not all the time. I do multi-tasking…that is facebooking, take care of Cache and do household chores at the same time. O di ba bongga?

5. The thought of getting off Facebook leaves you in cold sweat. If you try going a day without Facebook and it causes you stress and anxiety, this means you need help.
~ Sometimes when I think of the crops I need to harvest or the food that needed to be served or my workers dying coz they need food (addict nga…hahay).

What’s the verdict? 70% on the borderline of addiction. I just hope this doesn’t get any worse. Now, your turn!

When we went to Cagayan de Oro City last October to attend the 3rd Mindanao Bloggers Summit, hubby and I had the chance to try the city’s pride which is the famous White Water Rafting Adventure. Together with fellow bloggers, we hit the Cagayan river and had so much fun braving the angry rapids.

On our way to CDO river
