Our three-year old Cache is now a student.  She is presently enrolled in the toddler class of Nograles Learning Resource Center.  At first, we really didn’t want Cache to go to school because hubby and I felt that she is still very young.  Our greatest fear and worry is that she might get bored or tired in the future when it comes to her studies. But Cache was always telling us that she really wants to go to school.  Her pediatrician also encouraged us to send Cache in school explaining to us that it will also develop her social skills because she will be able to interact with other kids.  After a couple days of thinking, we finally decided to enroll our little girl in school.

It’s been more than a month now and everyday after school, Cache would tell us that she loves her school.  What I like about Nograles Learning Resource Center is that the teachers are competent, good and loving to their students.  There are only six kids in the room (all of the same age) and the classroom is clean, spacious and airconditioned.  The class is one hour per day only (11am to 12 noon) so the kids won’t get stressed at all.  We are happy that Cache is enjoying her “student life.”

Just dropping by here in my blog and see if it is still alive and kicking, hehe.  Kidding aside, I’ve been quite busy the past days.  Even though I’m just a stay-at-home mom, I’ve got a lot of things to do.  Cache is now attending school (she’s in toddler class).  I have a household help but I personally attend to Cache’s needs and bring her to school everyday.  Her class is from 11am to 12 noon only and after that, I usually check our internet cafe (HitechPinoy at Pioneer Avenue, Gensan…please drop by there if you have time).

Aside from the wife and mommy duties I do everyday, I’m also hooked with baking these days.  After taking up a short course in Commercial Cooking (which includes baking), I’ve been doing a lot of experiments in my little kitchen and trying different recipes I got from the internet and recipe books.  I really hope that I will do good in baking because I desire to engage in business about baking stuff.  Hopefully hubby can fix this blog soon so that I can post pictures of the pastries I made.

That’s it and hope to hear from you guys.  God bless everyone!

In my morning devotion today, I learned about the 12 Rules of Being Human.  Let me share it to you.

1. You will receive a body.

2. You will learn lessons.

3. There are no mistakes, only lessons.

4. A lesson is repeated until learned.

5. Learning lessons does not end.

6. “There” is no better than “here.”

7. Others are merely mirrors of you.

8. What you make of life is up to you.

9. Your answers lie inside you.

10. You will forget all these.

11. You will need help with your life.

12. You can remember it whenever you want.

Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23)
